Ninja smile is a Unique Ninja fighting game with a little ball shaped character with shuriken stars and close range attack, side scrolling action, and various stuff to overcome or collect in addition to the fighting.

Battle in Megaville

Not great graphics, but this is a fun little one on one fighter where y ou can play 2 player or against the cpu, and you use entirely the kind of big ’special move’ kind of attacks with no basic punch and kick. There are 6 characters to choose between and you can play in story mode or just pick which character you want to fight against for a single VS match:

South Park: Tokugawa

This is an amusing southpark style take on the martial arts fighting game. It’s fairly easy to play and mildly amusing.
