Another great shooting game along the same lines as Hitman, with nice graphics, two weapons - handgun and sniper rifle, both of which you will need to use, and three difficulty levels that vary from fairly simple even for a beginner to super hard:

An urban sniper game with more variety in the missions you have to complete than most of them, point and click shooting is all there is to it, but its quite good fun and harder than you’d think it would be after the first couple of levels:

If you want a straight forward no messing around shooting game then the Vinnies Shooting Yard Series are almost certainly the best free online games you can play. Number four is no dissapointment and includes both normal and full-gore mode. You get a choice of weapons which include Ninja Shuriken throwing stars as well as rifles and handguns.
And in case you don’t notice, there is a ’skip ad’ button at the bottom.
