If you want a straight forward no messing around shooting game then the Vinnies Shooting Yard Series are almost certainly the best free online games you can play. Number four is no dissapointment and includes both normal and full-gore mode. You get a choice of weapons which include Ninja Shuriken throwing stars as well as rifles and handguns.
And in case you don’t notice, there is a ’skip ad’ button at the bottom.
